Why we work

Consulting Roots is deeply invested in imparting relevant education at various stages of learning for individuals. We believe that right and meaningful education is the solution to all socio-economic hurdles that restricts the growth of individuals, enterprises and thereby the society in general. Therefore, a holistic approach is undertaken to ensure all round development of talent. Instructing practically applicable knowledge, grooming younger generation, polishing new entrants in work life, augmenting existing skill, building new talent, are the core activities in our contribution to the society.

Further, the larger share of proceeds from the revenue generated by Consulting Roots is utilized towards care for children, elderly and differently abled. We envisage that foundation of a sustainable future is laid by creating a pool of committed talent of evolved entities, working close to their abode and contributing to the community and the environment.

Community activities:

(a) Coaching and facilitating group of less privileged kids

School bags, lunch boxes, water bottle, geometry box and pencil boxes given to 43 children as reward for creating crayon paintings, as part of extra-curricular activities. In addition to teaching basic English language, the intent is to make these kids imbibe that benefits in life comes from a creative effort i.e. meaningful work.

(b) Donation of ceiling fans

Consulting Roots donated and installed ceiling fans in the newly added classrooms at a local High School that did not have fans and children were forced to learn in a very uncomfortable situation.

(c) N.P.S “Merit Scholarship”

Class IX : Top 5 students based on academic results.
Class X : Top 5 students based on academic results.

(d) N.P.S “Talent Support Scholarship”

Class IX : 5 students from poor economic background based on ECA/ need basis.
Class IX : 5 students from poor economic background based on ECA/ need basis.
